Instructions to design Mickey Mouse Birthday Cake:

  1. Eggless vanilla cake with condensed milk:
  2. Firstly one must preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. Place the parchment paper on a 7-inch pan and grease with baking spray. Then remove the excess spray from it.
  4. The third step is to add all-purpose flour, cornflour, baking powder, and baking soda and sieve them well for lump-free smooth flour.
  5. Then add a pinch of salt and sugar and mix well.
  6. Then add melted butter, condensed milk, water, vanilla extract, and vinegar.
  7. The next step is to mix gently and avoid over mixing, as over mixed batter results in a dense cake. Then fold and mix to prepare a lump-free smooth batter.
  8. Transfer the batter, and then one must tap the batter to remove all air bubbles.
  9. Then Bake for 23-27 minutes until the toothpick inserted comes out clean, as it is an easy technique to know if the cake is baked well.
  10. Let it cool for 10 minutes.
  11. One must follow the same recipe for two more cakes.
  12. Prepare simple syrup
  13. One must take some sugar and warm water in a wide pan and let it cook for 2-3 minutes until the sugar melts completely.
  14. Avoid the stirring consistency.
  15. Then transfer and let it cool. After thoroughly cooling, add vanilla extract and mix well for a better aroma.

Heavy cream frosting:

  1. You must add heavy chilled cream in an electric mixer and beat it well till you see peaks
  2. The next step is to add some sugar, vanilla pudding mix, and vanilla extract and refrigerate it for some time.

Assemble all cakes:

  1. After all three cakes are prepared following the exact instructions, trim the top portion of all cakes.
  2. Then you need to place one cake on the stand and prick holes all around the cake. Then Brush a generous portion of sugar syrup on top and all around the cake.
  3. The next step is to add a frosting layer on the top using an icing spatula and spread it evenly.
  4. Then place the second cake on top and gently brush a generous portion of sugar syrup on top and all over the cake.

The third cake for making the Mickey Mouse ears:

  1. You must cut the third cake into four small circles using a cookie cutter. Each ear should have 2 layers of cake to make it creative.
  2. Lastly, print Mickey’s face on A4 paper and, using it for reference, find two spots for both his ears.

Mickey Mouse ears:

  1. Start with applying the whipping cream gently around the cake to attach the ears.
  2. Then attach the first layer of the circle.
  3. Repeat the procedure of brushing a portion of sugar syrup on the cake.
  4. Then add a frosting layer on top and spread the frosting evenly.
  5. Then place the second layer of cake and repeat the same procedure as the first one and refrigerate for some time until it cools down.

Mickey Mouse trace:

  1. Use the printout and cut the outline for the eyes, nose, and mouth.
  2. Then use a toothpick to trace the outline of the face and eyes {also for the mouth}
  3. Then carefully take out the print sheet and check if the outline is clear.
  4. Use a sparkle gel to outline precisely.

Note:

  • You can frost around the cake with your preferred design.
  • If you are thinking of using wheat flour in case you must add extra water, or else the cake will turn dense.
  • For a proper mickey mouse cake, one needs 3 cakes, but you can also make one eggless vanilla cake and design accordingly.
  • You can use flavorless oil instead of butter, but it is exceptional.
  • To make a cake in a pan, you must preheat a heavy-bottomed pan for 5-6 minutes until it turns hot. Place a stand and cover the heated pan with a lid and let it bake for 35-40 minutes in low, medium heat and then check with a toothpick.
